Policies

 

Appointment Times

 

    â–ª    Any appointment time that is provided by Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company is an estimated time of arrival

    â–ª    As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: 

    â–ª    Refueling

    â–ª    Traffic & Construction

    â–ª    Weather 

    â–ª    Bio breaks in-between appts

    â–ª    Dogs taking more time or less time than anticipated to groom 

    â–ª    If Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company feels that they will be more than 15 mins early or late from the estimated appt time range provided, we will contact you via text 

 

Potty Policy

 

â–ª    All pets must be pottied before their appointments, we recommend at least 15 minutes before our arrival to allow your pets enough time, distraction free

 

Key on File Service

 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company offers a ‘key on file service’ 

    â–ª    Client provides Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company with a key to keep on file, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company will come by during your scheduled grooming appointment time frame to care of your pet, the Client leaves a form of payment, cash or check or we will send you an invoice 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company will not be held responsible for damages to your home or property or theft while on the service call grooming your pets

 

Flea/Tick Infestation 

 

    â–ª    Client is responsible for keeping their pet(s) flea/tick free

    â–ª    If a flea/tick is found on your pet, all services will be immediately stopped and your dog will be returned in order to prevent contamination of the grooming salon 

 

Cancellation and no show policy

 

    â–ª    On rare occasions, Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. 

    â–ª    Every effort will be made to contact you to reschedule as soon as possible 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company understands that things happen and cancellations my occur

    â–ª    If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company at least 48 hours in advance

    â–ª    Failure to notify Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company 48 hours before your appointment time will result in a $40 fee that will need to be paid before your pet’s next appt 

    â–ª    If you are not home at the time of your pet’s grooming appt and Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company does not have a key on file, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled total for your groom which must be paid before your pets next grooming appt

    â–ª    If two no shows occur, Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company will no longer be able to groom your pet(s) and will cancel any future appointments

 

Pictures

 

    â–ª    By booking with Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company you are consenting to us taking pictures of your pet, before and after grooming, and utilize the same for our website and social media for any and all advertising purposes at our discretion



 

Puppies

 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company wants your puppy's first few visits to be as pleasant as possible and will make every effort to do so by starting with the most simple haircuts

    â–ª    Your puppy should enjoy grooming and, to encourage this, a puppy's first haircut is not guaranteed 

 

Alternative Services Recommendation

 

    â–ª    Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company’s staff will perform all requested grooming services unless they feel that they or the pet will risk injury or that the pet will get too stressed from the procedure

    â–ª    Occasionally, some procedures, such as cutting nails, are just too stressful for some of our furry friends and are best left to a veterinarian

 

Card on File 

 

    â–ª    Unfortunately, due to past customers not paying invoices for services provided, we now require that customers keep a card on file 

    â–ª    All credit card information is stored in and processed through Square and Groomore, which is a secure payment processor and our scheduling applications

    â–ª    By booking an appointment for your pet with Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company you are agreeing to all of the above policies and procedures

    â–ª    Any invoices left open at the end of the day will be closed with cards on file

    â–ª    20% gratuity is automatically applied for any invoices left open that need manually closed by Fur Wheels Mobile Grooming Company
